Special Requests

A special request (e.g. for a ground floor, lift access or dietary preferences), which you detail to us in writing, will only form part of the contract when confirmed by us in writing. Lift access is only available to a limited number of bedrooms.

Guests who book directly with the Hotel*, enjoy the benefits of using the onsite Leisure Club facilities for FREE, including the heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna, steam room and gym facilities. Use of the Sun-bed & Spa treatments are excluded. *Accommodation bookings which are made directly with the hotel or through this website only.
